Summer Proctor System
Jul. 8th, 2006 04:56 pmToday I've come to the conclusion that Mudd needs to fix its summer proctor system. I managed to lock myself out of my room today (a day I was planning on spending wholly in either my room or the AC lab, but I needed to return a book to Honnold), and discovered the following:
I would have thought there'd be a requirement (like there is during the school year) that there is always an accessible proctor-type person on-campus. But apparently there isn't, and the only way for me to immediately get back into my room is to pay $22 to Campus Safety. Since this is kind of exorbitant, I'm just going to wait a bit and then try to find proctors again. I'll....be here, on the Natural Selection server "Crack in the AC".
And if anybody knows how to break into a Sontag double, please IM me.
- The number given for lock-outs doesn't work on weekends, because it goes to Crystal Whinery at Facilities and Maintenance.
- David the Summer Housing Manager isn't responding to either his doorbell or his campus phone.
- Proctor Hadley isn't around, but she'll be back tomorrow.
- Proctor Jason isn't responding to either his door or his campus phone.
- Sontag rooms are rather difficult to break into.
