The lectures about moving on from the 1990s would be easier to take if DC hadn't spent much of the last fifteen years trying to restore the Silver Age. Like I'd like Bart Allen to get character progression! But I rather more suspect that we just won't see him again for a while. (Although The Flash is good right now, so maybe?)

Anyway yeah, you still can't make me care about aged-up Jon Kent.

I am choosing to interpret DC Comics' announcement of a Tim Drake Pride Special for 14 June as a birthday present for me, specifically. (I'm slightly irked that much of it's just reprinting comics I already own, but hey, it'll make binding this era a bit easier eventually.) Between this, the Dark Crisis: Young Justice miniseries, and the Priest Black Adam ongoing, it's been a good couple days for DC announcing titles that I'm actually interested in. (Now do the JSA.)
