Need Control

So apparently Dell laptop keyboard components are very hard to pop back in when they come up. So if, say, your left control key (needed for opening new Firefox tabs, switching between FF tabs, cut, copy, paste, and WoW pet control) gets dislodged, it's hard to get it back working again. Fun....
