County Highpointing (part 8)
Nov. 28th, 2015 03:09 pmVisited today: Mt. Bielewski (3231'). Santa Cruz County high point.
This high point is on the McPherson Christmas tree farm. Unfortunately said farm is closed this year due to the impending sale of the property. I was able to obtain access via the (open and unposted) back gate; there was nobody around. It may be advisable to visit this high point before the end of the year as the new owners may not be as friendly to hikers as the current ones.
