Breaking: O'Connor Retires

Justice Sandra Day O'Connor has announced her resignation from the Supreme Court. O'Connor was a moderate justice who was responsible for many of the 5-4 rulings that went in favor of expanded rights. Since Bush will appoint her replacement, I see possible trouble ahead. More analysis later.
